While we are capable of handling a wide range of assignments, we concentrate our attention on Class C+ or better assets in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Missouri. Multifamily assets will typically have 150 units or more, and commercial assets will typically be 50,000 square feet or larger.
