Neil has a bachelors in business administration from the  University  of Michigan. In addition, Neil is a licensed CPA in the State of Michigan. He has over 19 years of experience in both the residential and commerical real estate fields, including knowledge of real estate acquisition, development and construction. Neil has an extensive background in operations, financial administration and managing institutional and equity-based financing.
