We concentrate our attention on class C+ or better assets in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, Indiana and Tennessee, with our primary focus on multifamily assets. Multifamily assets will typically have 150 units or more, and commercial assets will typically be 50,000 square feet or larger.
