When Brian Dietz and his partner, Paul Dietz, formed Dietz Property Group in 1994, it marked the beginning of a long-term, strategic focus on growth and value creation for both our investors and third party property owners. While we and our clients value our ability to make insightful judgments about market dynamics, we are most proud of the company we are building around our “Be Right. This powerful combination of strong culture and real world success has not gone unnoticed. We have been honored several years running by the Metropolitan Detroit Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA) with a series of outstanding Office Building of the Year (TOBY) awards for multiple properties. Our Director of Commercial Management was recently named BOMA’s Property Manager of the Year.

Today, our ability to identify opportunities and realize their potential is stronger than ever. We continue to generate superior risk-adjusted returns, owning and/or managing a diversified, geographically balanced real estate portfolio of more than 3 million square feet of apartment, office, medical, warehouse/distribution, high tech/flex and retail assets; we have 22 properties (13 multifamily, 9 commercial) located across Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Missouri. We remain committed to growing strategically while staying true to the proven investment strategies and portfolio-building techniques that have been time-tested by Dietz Property Group through multiple real estate cycles.
